Visiting the showroom, leafing through magazines and browsing through the various websites of the sector, the strong connotation of the mainstream towards a unique aesthetic identity is now evident, a very precise stylistic line, which in a few years has changed the creative trajectories of designers and architects, radically transforming the atmosphere of the modern bathroom.
From the plastic emotions of aseptic minimalism, deriving from the prevalent use of pure white and lacquer, to the palette of pastel colours, declined to the most varied shades of warm grey on natural surfaces.
The origin of this new trend involves different aspects, only apparently unrelated to each other. Among the most important, there is undoubtedly the generalized “green” attitude, derived from a changed global awareness of ecological issues, with the desire to find in the raw material a feeling of rapprochement with nature and balance with it.
In this sense, the reference to clay, in all its shades, being in the collective imagination an inert, moldable and natural material, perfectly matches a new spreading philosophy: the understatement; the escape from any form of superstructure, thus eliminating the aggressive tones of strong colors, the eccentricity in forms and packaged solutions.
Today the new luxury is whispered between the harmonious lines and the soft atmospheres of the natural environments, looking for serenity between the simplicity of the lines and the soft atmospheres. A way of furnishing certainly less showy, more delicate and intimately connected with our time, characterized by the need to find peace and harmony with the environment and with ourselves.
A clear example of a solution that perfectly interprets this line of thought is the new MODULA 2.0, where, alongside the complete range of RAL colours, raw and knotted wood stands out, bringing memory back to pure materials, and new important melamine finishes, all contributing to the creation of a model where the purity of the forms is accentuated by the fine workmanship of the 45° perimeter frames.
